The Dayton family has long been recognized for their dedication to good governance. Family members have an established tradition of serving on both corporate and nonprofit boards, and the late Ken Dayton authored the highly influential Governance is Governance, a widely used handbook for sound governance practices.
In alignment with this historical family emphasis on governance, Okabena has a tradition of adherence to best practices in the oversight of our business.
